About the Book:

My Thoughts:

Trust My a Heart by Carol Post is such a sweet and easy read. I enjoyed the characters, and love simple romances like this one. Although,  I wish the book would have been longer. However, if you are looking for a good weekend read this book is for you. This is the first book I’ve read by Post, but it certainly will not be the last.

My Thoughts:

Over the past couple of years I have done an Advent study throughout the Holiday season. I had been trying to narrow down my options for this year, but then received this in the mail and looked no further. This is a great devotional for Advent and is great for the entire family. Collins writes a devotional for each day starting on a December 1, and ending on December 31. Each day has a Scripture readings as well as different stories from the Christmss season. Thus little book is full of joy and I’m glad to be participating in this devotional celebrating the birth of our Savior.

So thankful for this verse today and the comfort God gives me through His Scriptures. After a day of dealing with some severe health issues, this verse has been a balm to my soul. Hope it encourages you as well. No matter how hard your circumstances may be, God’s love and faithfulness will never leave you! 💙

So thankful for the peace of Christ today. The Lord’s peace helps me to press on in difficult circumstances. This past week has been a hard one but God is sustaining me each day. No matter how hard your circumstances — there is always a reason to be thankful because of all Jesus has done for us. Seek Him today wherever you are. His peace will never run out, just ask.
